How do I deal with the emotional impact of posts that get no engagement?

Understand that this is completely normal and happens to everyone, including professional marketers. Even experienced marketing professionals release content that gets zero engagement - in fact, the vast majority of individual posts, emails, and campaigns get minimal response. The key is to emotionally decouple yourself from the fear that some content performs better than others. You cannot know what will resonate until you have a basis for comparison, which only comes from consistently putting work out there. Some pieces will get engagement, others won’t, and that’s valuable information. Don’t let the posts that don’t perform demotivate you. Instead, use them as data points to understand what does resonate. Stay consistent through both the successes and the failures - that’s the only way to build a sustainable business.
