Do I need to worry about 'ruining my brand' by trying new things?

No. If you don’t have $10 million in sales a year, you don’t have a brand. Nobody remembers your logo or everything you’ve done. You have the ability to bob and weave—to try new things, go out in left field, test different content and niches. One successful artist did a Santa painting, then a painting of Jesus—neither fit his previous work, but both exploded in sales. Don’t be afraid to experiment. You’re not ruining anything. You’re learning what works and building a business around your talent. Stay open-minded and keep testing.
