Why don't art schools teach artists how to make money or build a business?
Art schools focus on technique, art history, and movements, but they don’t teach the one course that matters most: how to be successful as an artist, how to sell art, and how to build a personality around your work. Those business and sales skills are critical, but they’re rarely covered in formal art education.
