What should I focus on if I want my art business to grow as fast as possible?

You should spend all your time on only two things: creating the art (and everything that entails) and doing the marketing that only you can do. The marketing only you can do means giving people a window into your world, letting them know what makes you tick, showing your process, and being on video even though it’s uncomfortable. These are the two trains on two tracks. Everything else—website maintenance, order fulfillment, technical tasks, routine posting—should be automated or outsourced. If you can get to this scenario where you’re working exclusively on creating and on personal marketing that showcases who you are as an artist, your business will grow at its fastest possible clip. This is about being the chef who cooks and runs the kitchen, not the chef who also answers phones, buses tables, and does dishes.
