What's wrong with the typical 'get a website and good luck' approach to starting an art business?

Most services give you a website, you pay for it, your emotions and motivation are high, then when the website’s done they say ‘good luck’ and you’re completely on your own. Your journey has actually just begun at that point, but you’re left to figure everything out yourself—how to market, price, ship internationally, optimize your site, reach collectors. Without ongoing support, most people end up searching Google, YouTube, forums, or opening support tickets and trying to solve problems in isolation. This leads to mistakes, wasted time, wrong approaches, and ultimately quitting. The alternative is having regular access to live coaching and mentorship where you can get immediate answers, have someone look at your screen, and solve problems in real-time while learning from others’ experiences.
