Should I worry about shipping, framing, taxes, and business licenses before I start selling?

No. Stop worrying about everything that happens after the sale. All of those problems - shipping, framing, printers, photographing work for reproduction, bank accounts, taxes, business names, business licenses - are easy to solve later. The hardest part of this entire business is getting the sale. Many artists spend months agonizing over post-sale logistics and never actually try to sell anything. Get the sale first, then figure out the rest. You’re dancing around the actual problem by focusing on these peripheral issues.
