Having a team member can fundamentally change your business, especially if you can find someone who complements your skills. As the creative, you may struggle with sales and marketing — having someone who excels in those areas allows you to focus on creating while they handle client relationships and business operations. Very few artists have even one team member, but those who do often see significantly better results because they can focus on their strengths.
