My printer is far away and I hand-sign all my prints. How can I start selling prints when I can't easily sign them?
Don’t let this stop you from starting. List the prints for sale and see if they sell. The hand signature might not be a deal breaker for customers. If it is and you get an order, you’ve validated there’s demand, and you’re due for a trip to your printer anyway—it’s worth it for that first sale. Make the trip. Then you’ll have real information about whether hand-signing is truly essential or if you need to offer it as an option or figure out a different system. But don’t solve this problem before you know it’s actually a problem.
