How do I know which of my art styles or niches will sell best?

You cannot know in advance—only the market can tell you. Instead of overthinking or asking others to predict which niche will succeed, take each one to market and test it. Create finished products for each style, present them to potential buyers, and see which generates the most interest and sales. Test them sequentially or simultaneously, and let actual purchasing behavior guide your decision. No amount of analysis or expert opinion replaces real market feedback.
