How do I choose a profitable niche?

Choose a niche where a market already exists. If products are already being sold to a particular audience, that market is probably viable. For example, if there are already posters, mugs, and prints of a city skyline, there’s clearly demand for that subject. Don’t try to create a new market from scratch—find one that exists and fit into it. You can reverse-engineer a strong niche by identifying what’s already selling and creating your own work in that space.
