However, there are many different routes for artists, including galleries if you prefer. The key is to take it one step at a time and understand there’s no finish line - being an artist is a lifelong journey. Focus on where you are today and move forward incrementally. Don’t let age be a barrier; many successful artists have started in their 50s, 60s, or even later.
