As an artist, I have to do everything myself—create, market, sell, ship, handle admin. How can I possibly keep up?

You’re essentially running a one-person restaurant where you have to be the chef, receptionist, maitre d’, waiter, sommelier, bartender, busboy, and dishwasher all at once. If you’re doing all those jobs, your restaurant can never serve more than a diner or two per night—it’s too much work. Something has to give for your business to grow. You need to start taking jobs off your plate so you can focus on what only you can do: creating the art and doing the authentic marketing that comes from you. Look for ways to automate, delegate, or eliminate tasks. Consider print-on-demand to eliminate inventory management and fulfillment. Use tools and services that handle technical aspects. Join communities where you can get answers instead of spending hours searching forums. The goal is to systematically reduce the operational burden so you have time and energy for creation and marketing.
