What is omnichannel marketing and how does it apply to selling art?
Omnichannel marketing means your message gets delivered in a synchronized fashion across all available channels simultaneously. You send an email, make a Facebook post that dovetails with the email, create an Instagram post that connects to both, add Instagram stories, send follow-up emails to people who didn’t open, potentially run ads—all working together. It’s like multiple people hammering a tent pole at the same time, or banging a drum repeatedly. One email alone doesn’t get attention—you need to bang the drum again and again across multiple channels. Live sessions give you the biggest drumstick in this orchestra. When all these channels work together, the impact is dramatically more powerful than any single touch point.
