What does omnichannel marketing mean in the context of running a sale?

Omnichannel marketing means using every communication channel you have at your disposal in a coordinated fashion. For an art sale, this means combining email sequences, social media posts, Instagram stories with countdown timers, live video on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, and any other way you can reach your audience. The key is coordination—all these channels should be working together with the same message about your sale. You’re essentially firing all your marketing guns at once to maximize attention and reach. The specific channels may evolve (live video has become more important recently), but the principle of using multiple coordinated channels remains constant.
