My email list is tiny—only 20-30 people. Do I even need an email service provider?
With a list that small, you actually don’t need to set up an email service provider if you don’t want to. You can use your personal email client instead. The advantage of having such a small list is that you can truly personalize each message. Take the time to put email addresses in one at a time, include a nice personal note for each recipient, and send your marketing messages that way. This gives you the ability to make your outreach very personal and genuine. As your list grows, you can transition to an email service provider, but for now, direct personal emails can be more effective.
