How time-intensive is it to set up a complete holiday marketing campaign with email and ads?

Once you understand the process, you can batch-create the entire campaign in about two hours of work. You can schedule all the emails in advance through your email service provider. The first time you do it will take longer as you learn the process, but it becomes much faster with practice. The key is that it’s very doable and you don’t have to manually send everything - you can set it up once and let it run automatically.
