How important is marketing compared to having a good website?
A great website without marketing is like a Ferrari sitting in your driveway with no gas in the tank - it’s just a glorified lawn ornament that can’t help you. The website is the vehicle, but marketing is the gas. You need both. Marketing generates traffic, builds your audience, grows your email list and social following, and ultimately turns those people into sales. You should follow a structured marketing calendar that tells you step-by-step what to do throughout the year to grow your audience and convert them into buyers. Without marketing and audience-building, you won’t have warm opportunities or anyone to sell to, no matter how good your website is.
