Gather first name, last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address for each person. Include their lifetime value—the total dollar amount they’ve spent with you across all purchases. If they haven’t purchased anything, enter zero. This applies to both online and offline sales. You don’t need every field for every person—even just name, phone, and address can work. The more complete information you provide, the better the platform can match and analyze the data.
